Neurodermatitis eczema is found more in women than in men. Neurodermatitis is another skin disorder, it is infected often around the neck, wrist, arm, ankle or elbow. The skin becomes thick, itchy and discolored because of the skin infection.
Neurodermatitis as a skin disorder worsen and even spread to other part of the body because of the rubbing and scratching of the skin. Scratching makes the skin to crack and the crack promotes or allows the infection to get in.
Doctors treat neurodermatitis by giving antihistamines and steroid creams.
