What is Anxiety and what are causes of anxiety?
Anxiety is a response to stress or worries. Anxiety is mainly affects the emotional side of a person. Anxiety is caused due to many reasons, it can happen because of some shock or tragedy happened to him or may be going through lot of stress in life. Stress can be either mental or physical. A person may loose his mental balance because of being in tremendous pressure and stress.
