Hyperactivity in children

Hyperactivity in children is also termed as attention deficit disorder (ADD). Attention deficit disorder is said when a child of age around four years is not able to concentrate or finds it difficult to concentrate, passes sleepless nights and have no sense of danger.
Following are some of the possible triggering elements
Cider, tea, apple, aprict, asparagus, dates, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, food additives, dill, mace, oregano, paprika, salicylates.
Evening primrose oil and stimulant drugs are some of the possible treatments of such hyperactivity.
